International Orders

VulcanChecks LLC is listed as a manufacturer and exporter with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls with the United States Department of State. This means that we are authorized to manufacture and export items that are restricted under the International Traffic and Arms Treaty. Items such as ammunition components are regulated by this treaty and require an export license to be exported out of the United States.

We intend to do all we can in order to comply with all laws of the United States as well as applicable foreign laws.

How to Order

Please include in this email the items you would like to purchase. In turn we will send you a purchase order form that you will have to complete legibly. In order for us to apply for an export license we must have the purchase order form completed.

Another item we will need is a certified copy of the import license from your country's government. This is a document that permits our company to export products to your country. We have included some information below about how to get an import certificate from some countries. If your country is not listed please check with your government.

Canada: Import Authorizations are required.



United Kingdom: Import Authorization not required. - Page 22 - Import License Not Required for component parts of ammunition.

Once we receive your purchase order and import authorization we will file an application with the United States Department of State for an export license. Once we receive this export license we will contact you with an electronic online payable invoice. You will be able to pay this invoice with PayPal, credit card or online check. Once payment is received we will ship your item and provide you with tracking information.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. They will be shipped via Priority Mail Express International. This provides international tracking and insurance on your order. Rate calculation is based on cheapest manner within this class to ship the item. Please do not hesitate to request a shipping quote prior to placing your order.

Additional Fees

All international orders are subject to a 10% fee to cover the export license and associated paperwork processing. All fees, shipping fees and product costs are in United States Dollars.


Current restrictions require us to obtain a copy of your reseller certificate or dealer's license from your country's government if you intend to resell our products within your country. This document should be submitted with your purchase order.

Import Taxes and Customs

VulcanChecks, LLC is not familiar with all countries regulations as it relates to taxes and customs fees. The importer is responsible for all incurred taxes and fees by the importer's government. VulcanChecks, LLC suggests you check with your customs department and determine all fees, taxes and regulations that may apply to your order.
